Arab World Competitiveness Roundtable

Doha, 9-10 April 2007

Participants at the 2005 ABC MeetingIn April 2007, the World Economic Forum published its third Arab World Competitiveness Report. This report has been a major driver of efforts to advance economic reform in the region, spearheaded by the Arab Business Council. The latest report was unveiled at the exclusive Roundtable meeting in Qatar. The discussions, involving top policy-makers and business leaders, translated the results of the report into an action plan that will feed into the World Economic Forum on the Middle East taking place in May 2007 in Jordan.
